Vždy prišlo všetko ako malo používam už pár rokov s tovarom som spokojný. Ale žiaľ končím s používaním longer ray5 20w alebo ho obmedzím na minimum preto ze keď som spoločnosť kontaktoval na spoluprácu a ze natacam videá z vašim strojom už pár rokov a nikto mi nevie odpovedať prechádzam na spoluprácu z konkurenciou ktorá má o zákazníka záujem a podporí potenciál

I do a lot of ceramics, even with air turned on, you still get some blowback. I like to keep everything pristine.
I do a lot of ceramic engravings and it causes some wear on the lens even with air going.
Took longer than expected to arrive but it is in focus now
Just what I needed for my laser. I burned a spot on my last one doing some painted tile without air assist and had to pick up some extra lenses. I do recommend Longer laser products and have made it my top used diode laser. The support I have gotten from them has proved helpful when I reached out to their service department. Thanks for a great product.

It's good that I was able to replace it, the old lens was unfortunately damaged... but now I can create beautifully with the camera again.
Exactly what I ordered and needed to replace a cloudy lens.
Alles Super, Versand nach DE ging schnell, war nach 3 Tagen schon da. Die alte Linse war hinüber, habe mir dann hier 2 neue bestellt. Da ich noch nicht viel Erfahrung hatte, wusste ich nicht wie oft ich die Linse reinigen muss, dadurch hat sich der Dreck auf der Linse eingebrannt. Der Wechsel zur neuen Linse ging schnell und im Anschluss hat der Laser wieder gearbeitet wie am ersten Tag. Preis/Leistung ist für mich Super, Versand war schnell, alles in allem sind das 5 Sterne für mich. Viele Grüße Daniel
I also have an issue with the longevity of these protective lenses for the 20watt. I have been through three in the month and a half since I bought the machine. A spot develops on the lens after general use. Is it possible that the focal length kick stand is not accurate? Maybe the supplied air assist is not enough. I'll be considering X-tool in the future.
