It's OK. But I still smell the burned wood all over my house though...
Simple and easy to put together. The exhaust fan is top notch and evacs the smell and smoke out my window vent leaving the shop odor/smoke free!
I’m extremely happy with this enclosure. It was easy to set up, fits my Longer Ray5 perfectly, and has made using my laser feel much cleaner and more controlled. I especially like having the exhaust system to help pull the smoke and odor away while I’m engraving leather. The viewing window lets me keep an eye on my projects without having everything exposed. Since I use my laser regularly and continue learning new things it can do, the enclosure has become an important part of my setup. I definitely recommend it to anyone using a Longer laser engraver.

Definitely cuts down on smoke
I was having issues with dust setting off smoke detectors and after using the enclosure the nuisance alarms stopped.
The improvements that can be made is having everything work when the consumer receives it. This includes the SD card. You should not have to jump through hoops to get it to work. Customer service needs to be better. Responses should be quicker. Its been almost 2 weeks since I have heard from anyone. I need help but no one seems to be available. Definitely would not recommend this machine.
The enclosure was easy to assemble, open, and close. It comes with a flap for the touch screen, an attached fan, and duct. The fan is heavy pulling on the fabric of the enclosure so extra tape and support is needed to prevent it from ripping over time. There are cables on the left of the laser so it’s not possible to push it all the way to the left to align with the flap opening for the touchscreen. I access the touchscreen from the top opening which is awkward. The burning smell leaks even with the fan on its one speed. There are openings around the fan and bottom of enclosure because it’s quite light so I will likely put weights and tape to contain the smell further. There isn’t a way to get the air assist in, I weaved it between the bottom of the fabric and the frame of the enclosure. Overall very happy about the material thickness and to be able to use it indoors!
Rather difficult to set properly the cover on its frame. Soft material helps anyway, but you have to pull really hard on it. I found necessary to open large translucent window zipper. Screws holding fan assembly seem also to be a little too short, and place to install nuts is very narrow. Documentation is very limited to help for this process.
The enclosure works great. Keeps the smoke out of the house. This was very easy to assemble and get going.
Customer service with LONGER was above and beyond! I emailed them about a mistake i had made in the shipping address( my mistake) and the same day they called me back, verified the problem, confirmed the real info, and said he would contact the shipping department and within a couple days it shipped to the right address, no problems:) will definitely use longer for any more of that sort of business and highly recommend them!
This enclosure is working ok for an aftermarket enclosure. I have actually stepped up to a larger inline fan to help remove some of the fumes.

Works great, really cuts down on the smoke and odor while using.
Easy to assemble, no bottom which makes it easy to load and unload the engraver. Besides keeping the air in the shop clean, it's keeping the engraver clean.
Nice experience
Only gave 4 stars because of fan. It needs more support to hold it up. When you screw on the fan the cover is to flimsy. Points fan down. Had to make a support to help hold fan level.
Too bad there is no universal hose connection left and right, I had to modify. It ventilates perfectly.
Works great and definitely aids in removing any smoke/ fumes. I just think the exhaust tube and power plug need to be much longer.

Put together easily. Fume extractor works well. The only negative is a colured veiwing screen to block the laser light would be better than the clear one fitted.

Keeps bad air down
Different than I expected. Maybe add some weighted sides on it for the bottom to hold down tight to the cutting table. Slight modification and it’s a 5 star all day. Overall, it really cuts down on the smoke. Definitely recommend.
